SCOTIA began its journey in 2013, founded by 5 Industry veterans, it started life as a real estate property agency business and rapidly grew tobe a full-spectrum Real Estate Consultancy, offering a range of diversified products and services today. Some of these businesses, include Hotel Management, Property Management, Land Management, MCST Management, Assets Management, each forming a piece of the jigsaw, in the complex real estate market.
On the agency front, with the firm belief of QUALITY over QUANTITY, SCOTIA Real Estate Group seeks to enable our real estate consultants to be the best in the industry by empowering them with knowledge and technological leverage. Some examples include having a Training Academy and Technological Division specializing in looking at the latest real estate technology trends that our agents can leverage on.
Today, SCOTIA holds marketing appointments with prestigious developers locally and overseas, including Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Australia and more. Besides the Singapore-based offices,
SCOTIA also holds offices in Indonesia (Jakarta), Malaysia, China (Chongqing & Xi’an) and Cambodia (Phnom Penh). The company aims to sustain our vision by providing an Asia Business Property Trading platform for our business partners, investors and international high-net-worth clients.
